Scott Coady is a master executive coach, high performance team facilitator and workshop leader utilizing embodiment, linguistics, integral theory and experiential learning technologies to help clients produce extraordinary results. His work centers on transformational leadership, high-performance team development, employee engagement and creating cultures that awaken innovation, creativity and commitment in organizations.

Scott created NASA’s culture change program, Leadership Alchemy. (Ranked #7 best in Warren Bennis’ Leadership Excellence Magazine survey) and currently leads The Art of Leadership Mastery program. He founded The Institute for Embodied Wisdom, is on the Board of Directors for the Transformational Leadership Council; Founder and Executive Director of the Association for Transformational Leadership SoCal. Scott has his undergraduate from California Lutheran University; MBA from Pepperdine University; certified as a Newfield Network coach in 1992; and Master Somatic Coach by the Strozzi Institute in 2002.

Nacho Arimany is more than a multi-instrumentalist (playing over 100 instruments), he is a translator and a channel for bridging dialogue across and between different cultures: a dialogue expressed through universal rhythms spoken by all of us. While his style is close to Jazz and Flamenco, it has resisted labeling as it is an experience of world and natural sounds combining to paint a picture of humanity across cultures. With influences of oriental melodies, Indian and West African percussion, as well as Flamenco rhythms, Nacho creates a sound which he describes as “a prism with a lot of faces.” As an artist who has performed at prestigious large venues around the world including the New York Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, it is a treat to be able to experience his music within the space of an intimate setting alongside a small group.

Forrest Leichtberg — executive producer of the Conscious Networking Event — will be the host and emcee for the evening. Leichtberg was recently honored with a proclamation from Helene Schneider, Mayor of Santa Barbara, on behalf of the Santa Barbara City Council, acknowledging and congratulating Mr. Leichtberg for the continuing success and growth of the Consciousness Network® he founded.
